MDMA, mushrooms and cannabis against depression: new therapies or forgotten plants.

Cannabis

Psychedelics against depression

People have been using cannabis since three thousand years before our era. It was used to make fabric, to eat, for medicinal and ritual purposes: to relieve pain and to communicate with spirits.

So how does cannabis work in our brains?
The cells of the body „communicate“ with each other – transmit chemicals to each other. Especially the „chatty“ nerve cells. One cell transmits a neurotransmitter substance, the other has a receptor that „sees“ that substance. Cannabis, technically, is a depressant: if a cell doesn’t really want to receive much chemical information, it releases cannabinoids, slowing down this „communication.“

And how does this information help me with my apathy, depression or ptsd?

In fact, the person is „winding“ themselves up, constantly distilling a negative or traumatic memory from memory, dragging it out into reality – and can’t get out of it because there is no „brake.“ Cannabis then reduces the level of arousal in the amygdala and hippocampus; we continue to remember, but the events become less vivid. Cannabis sort of envelops and protects us.

Importantly, cannabis helps us to forget. And sleep: cannabidiol calms and improves sleep during hibernation, tetrahydrocannabinol reduces the period of rapid eye movement when we dream.

Researchers have shown that the effectiveness of PTSD treatment after a year of cannabis-supported psychological help is 2.5 times greater than that of the control group with only psychological help.

And the varieties which have the same ratio of THC and CBD in the plant work better – about 10% of each.

Psychedelics

Psychedelic psychotherapy

A microdose is the minimum dosage of a psychoactive substance that is too small to cause any psychedelic or binge effects. Psilocybin mushrooms, LSD and cannabis are the three substances most commonly used in microdoses. The reasons for taking microdoses are many: anxiety, creativity, and depression.

Microdosing on psychedelics can improve mood, increase concentration, and promote creativity. Research into psychedelic psychotherapy and the use of MDMA, psilocybin, LSD, ketamine and other psychedelics are showing good results!

Psychedelics can be inspiring. For example, researcher Roland Griffiths writes of a mystical, spiritual experience similar to a religious epiphany or a state achieved through deep meditation. Such experiences are usually induced by high doses of psychedelics, not microdoses.

How often should I take microdoses of psychedelics for anxiety?
There are different regimens, but usually one small dose every three or four days for several months.

Marijuana and psychotherapy

Psychotherapy along with taking microdoses of cannabis makes it easier to work through depression, traumatic experiences, blocks and internal defenses, trapped and forgotten events/emotions, etc.

After taking microdoses in session, the first stage observes:
– a mildly pronounced weakening of short-term memory.
– Consciousness aligns and stabilizes.
– The person is present here and now.

After the second intake in 15 minutes:
– Underlying memories resurface.
– A clear awareness of past events begins to emerge.
– After a while, this negative memory bursts like a bubble and relief comes.

The duration of the session is 1.5-3 hours.

A huge amount of material comes out and is worked through, like 30 hours of psychoanalysis.

The psyche tends to encapsulate situations with which we could not cope and store them in the subconscious. Or containerize into the body.
When working with microdoses of cannabis, these encapsulated memories resurface and these kernels disintegrate. The person immediately disengages, frees himself and comes to think clearly.

In this micro state, one goes boldly into the depths, not wounded or afraid to confront memories and experiences. The part that inhibits and protects is disconnected. It is possible to go into a memory and work through it, to praise oneself and to release it.

Microdose allows a person to not slip into either fear or anxiety.

Once worked through, it’s like we get our attention back from there – we stop serving within the psyche/consciousness these traumas and events. We release the resource that we had been using to hold these memories and events in check, because the psyche at that point in time could not cope and thought that these memories would destroy it (go insane).

A pile of unclosed gestalts and situations is like a pile of open tabs in your browser. So why is there no energy, why is our brain so slowed down? And we walk around with these open tabs for years.

When working with cannabis, a whole world unfolds in a person’s mind and a script recorded in the subconscious. The whole situation is multidimensional, ready to unpack and work.

When leaving this state in everyday life, 80-90% of the person remembers and realizes, it helps to go deeper and work through the root of the problem, releasing himself from the shackles of his ego.

P.s. Plants and substances are a tool!
You have to know how to use the tool.

Psychedelic therapy allows us to identify and change this program in our psyche.

More often than not, it’s not our lives we need to improve, but our perceptions of our lives. Our lenses of perception of reality are riveted with nothing but manure.

We live the first half of our lives as if in a hallucination forced upon us by society and our own kind. They force-feed it into us for years, breaking and twisting a child’s entire consciousness. A program is imposed on you, you live by it and then you confirm it with experience.

From the diversity in the outside world, it chooses only those points that coincide with it. That’s the feeling, oh my God, I haven’t lived my life…what was that?

Psychedelic therapy allows us to identify and change this program in our psyche. We already have a choice! Replace the filter of reality and the diafilm you now put in your head.

P.s. do therapy using plants online and in person. for all questions please contact me by personal message. sending the necessary plants for the sessions is possible around the world.

I do not sell or distribute psychedelic substances and plants! use only in psychotherapy and shamanic immersions! messages with such requests will be blocked immediately!
